Salon services and bookings

Information on this website is provided to help you explore our services and plan a visit. Service availability, timing, pricing, and any appointment, cancellation, or payment terms presented during booking or by our team apply to your appointment. Online booking and e-gift card services may be provided through third-party platforms and are also subject to those platforms’ terms.

SMS appointment communications

The Refinery Hair Lounge may send text messages about an existing or requested salon relationship, including appointment inquiries, consultations, booking confirmations, reminders, changes or cancellations, waitlist availability, directions, and customer-service follow-up. These messages are intended for appointment and service communications, not recurring marketing.

Message frequency varies based on your appointments and requests. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Consent and enrollment

We obtain consent before sending recurring text messages. You may give consent when you ask us to text you and provide your mobile number during a phone call, in person, or through a booking-related interaction. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing salon services. If you text us first, we may reply to address that inquiry; that does not enroll you in ongoing messages unless you separately opt in.

We do not use a shared or purchased list for text-message consent. Any promotional text program, if offered in the future, will require separate, express written consent with its own disclosures.

Opting out and getting help

Acceptable use

Please use this website lawfully and do not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or misuse its content. The Refinery Hair Lounge owns or is authorized to use the site’s content, branding, and images. You may use the website for personal, non-commercial purposes related to our salon.
